White-label Branding
Re-skin MyBotBox with your organization's logo, colors, and assets.
White-label branding lets an organization replace MyBotBox's default identity with its own. Brand assets are scoped per organization and applied at runtime, so members see your logo and colors throughout the product — no rebuild required.
Branding is an organization-level setting. Open it from Settings → Branding. Owners and admins can edit it; changes apply to everyone in the organization.
What you can customize
| Asset | Where it appears |
|---|---|
| Logo | Top navigation, sign-in, loading states |
| Icon / favicon | Browser tab and bookmarks |
| Brand colors | Primary and accent colors across buttons, links, and highlights |
| OG image | Link previews when your workspace is shared |
| Email branding | Logo and colors on transactional emails |
| Print branding | Exported and printed documents |
How it works
Upload your assets and pick your primary and accent colors in Settings → Branding.
MyBotBox stores the override against your organization and generates a CSS variable theme from it.
On every page load, the theme is injected at runtime — your colors re-point the product's design tokens, so the entire UI re-themes live.
Because colors are applied through design tokens, both light and dark modes pick up your brand automatically. Use a primary color with enough contrast in both modes.
Reverting
Clear an asset or color to fall back to the MyBotBox default for that element. Removing all overrides restores the standard theme for your organization.
