Get help from inside MyBotBox — submit a ticket, reach support, and find resources.

You can reach the MyBotBox team without leaving the app. The in-app help surface lets you submit a request and routes it straight to support.

Submit a request

Open the Help & Support panel, describe your issue, and submit. Your message is routed to the support team by email, along with the context needed to follow up. You'll get a reply at your account email.

Include the workflow name, what you expected, and what happened. If it relates to a specific run, the execution ID (from the Logs view) helps us reproduce it quickly.

Where else to look

Enterprise support

Enterprise organizations get a dedicated support path with priority routing. If your plan includes it, your requests are flagged automatically.
