Gift a Subscription
Buy a MyBotBox subscription for someone else and let them redeem it.
You can purchase a MyBotBox subscription as a gift. The recipient redeems it and gets the plan applied to their account — no payment details required from them.
Sending a gift
Choose the plan you want to gift and complete checkout.
Share the redemption link with the recipient.
They redeem it while signed in, and the plan is applied to their organization.
Redeeming a gift
If someone sent you a gift, open the redemption link while signed in to your MyBotBox account. The subscription is applied to your active organization immediately.
A gift covers the plan it was purchased for. When it ends, the organization returns to its previous plan (or the Free plan) unless a subscription is added.
Notes
- Gifts are billed as a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.
- The recipient needs a MyBotBox account to redeem — they can create one for free first.
